Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was when you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). You must call us at 415-239-9500, mail us at the address below, or e-mail us at service@paedia.com to arrange for an RMA. The item must be packed securely and safely. We strongly recommend adding package tracking service and buying insurance to cover shipping losses.
Items not eligible
Items that are damaged or are unsuitable for resale for any reason are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Ship your returned item with the RMA number clearly written on the packaging to the address below.
